Skibas_Clavicle, also known as Julia to some, has been frequenting the QC forums since early 2004. She is considered the the harsh mistress of the internet by some. Cat Power, Jets to Brazil, and the song "It's a Motherfucker" by the Eels make her cry. She is the "big sis" of Ally and is subsequently very protective of her.
