Boro_Bandito or Phil joined the forums in Early January, 2007 after lurking around the site for several months after reading the archives of QC in one sitting. While only being on the forums for about a year he is already reaching for his 1000th post, and has a current posting average of 2.4444 posts per day at last count. Even being new, he has already met several other forumites in person such as Eugene, Kate, Tyler, Tommydski and Huda and can confirm rumors of Huda's incredibly small stature, Ballard's liking for strange jackets, and Tommy being terribly handsome and all-around British.
On the Forums
Boro_bandito joined the forums in January after discovering their existence one night when he was really bored. His first post was in the Hi, I'm New forum, where he was allegedly tempted to use the Mr. Green smiley.
"Heyo, Phil be the name, college freshman, eager eyes turned upon the world I be. And my god there is a smiley with an afro in the smiley list... I must... hold back... the urge."
Boro_Bandito still thinks his first post was really funny and clever.

After posting a measly 162 posts during the spring of 2007, Boro_bandito went on a summer hiatus of internet, during which no posts were made. In the Fall of that year however, he has gone on a posting binge that still hasn't stopped to this day. After spending far too much time in the I Like Fish forum, he has expanded outwards to include posting in the Movies, TV Shows and Books forum, and the occasional obscene drawing in the QC General Discussion Forum.
Meat Life
Boro_Bandito's real name is Philip Boelsche, though he prefers very much to be called Phil, and is currently 19 years old and a Sophomore at Towson University. He was born in a suburb of Houston, Texas in front of a large staff of interns, which he attributes his current condition of Public Anxiety Disorder to. After living in Houston until he was 2, he was moved north with his family to Springfield, Missouri, where he lived until he was five. Then he was moved again to the town of Lubbock, Texas where he remained for most of his grade school education. However, during the summer of his Junior year of High school he was moved to his current location in Reisterstown, Maryland, where he was forced to go his senior year of High School in a new and alien locale without any friends. Phil is still very bitter about this and is quick to start ranting when the subject is brought up.

Fun Fact: Huda has been known to call Phil's education inferior to her own, since she goes to a well accredited "film" school with a high turnout of award winning actors and directors, while the program Phil is in so far has only given the world Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs and Deadliest Catch fame, and technically that was the Mass Communications Department.
On Gabbly
On Gabbly Boro_Bandito, or more commonly Philboro or just Phil can be found mostly between the hours of 6pm-4am Eastern Time, and has been known to be on during the Australian day than most Aussie Forumites. Subjects often found in discussion with Phil are video games, cooking, school, and movies. When Phil tries to talk about his music tastes he is ignored by the indie music community.
King of Gabbly: Phil has been King of Gabbly twice, though on the first occasion the moment was somewhat sullied when Storm Rider, who was second in Line, changed his name to "likes the cock".
